Gabriella Muscolo is a Partner and Head of the Antitrust Department at Franzosi Dal Negro Setti with Muscolo Law Firm.
She is a former Commissioner at the Italian Competition Authority and a former IP and Competition Law Judge.
Gabriella, a former member of the Enlarged Board of Appeal of the European Patent Office ( EPO) is now a member of the Commissione dei Ricorsi at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office and an alternate member of the EPO’s Board of Appeal Committee- BoAC.
She is a Fellow of the Centre of European Law at King's College London and teaches at the Master on Competition and Innovation at Luiss University.
Gabriella regularly lectures on Competition and IP Law at Italian and foreign universities and is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences. She publishes in Italian as well as in English in the fields of Competition and IP Law.
