Elisa Teti has been working with the Law Firm Rucellai & Raffaelli since 1999 and has been a partner since 2016.
She focuses on competition law, providing comprehensive assistance to her clients, at a national and international level, in proceedings before the competent administrative and judicial authorities and in extrajudicial legal consultancy.
Her expertise in the antitrust industry focuses, in particular, on the following activities: general assistance in antitrust proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority and the European Commission (agreements/procedures for abuse of dominant position) and in the possible appeal of the decisions before the competent authorities; support and legal consultancy in the self-assessment activity of vertical and horizontal agreements; general assistance in the concentration transactions between companies (mergers, takeovers and joint ventures); organization of antitrust compliance programs and specific antitrust training, mock dawn raid and auditing sessions for companies and trade associations; assistance in industry surveys; legal assistance in the stand alone and follow-on legal proceedings for the antitrust compensation for damage; drafting of legal opinions on the interpretation and application of EU antitrust law, even with reference to many regulated industries.
She also assists clients at a judicial and extrajudicial level in all areas relating to consumer protection, commercial practices, misleading and comparative advertising, abusive contractual clauses, labeling, commercialization and regulation of products subject to specific regulations (such as food, MOCA, cosmetics, medical devices), damage from a defective product.
She is a member of the Steering Committee of the Italian Antitrust Association; she is also a member of the UAE and LIDC.
She is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences and seminars and author of numerous publications.
