Gabriella Porcelli

General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer – Iveco Group

Gabriella Porcelli is an experienced General Counsel, Compliance Officer and Independent Director. Admitted to the Italian Bar in 1991, after working at prestigious law firms in Italy she moved in-house, where she currently serves as CLO, CCO & Head of Corporate Governance at Iveco Group. Gabriella Porcelli has spent more than 25 years in senior leadership roles across various industries: prior to Iveco Group, she served at Philip Morris International, TAP AG, Pfizer and ENI (Oil & Gas), specializing in international contracts law and negotiation, Antitrust and Corporate Governance & Compliance. A long-standing member of the Board at AIGI (the Italian In-House Counsel Association), she has always being committed to recognition of the in-house legal profession, Gabriella earned an MBA and later a Corporate Governance certification ( IDP) at INSEAD. She is also an experienced independent Board member with a track record in important listed companies and has collaborated for a long time as a member of the Competition Law Committee at the International Chamber of Commerce in Italy. Gabriella's Legal and Compliance teams have been repeatedly awarded as best in class in the inhouse profession and Gabriella has been frequently recognized and awarded as an inspiring legal leader in Italy. A past VicePresident of ValoreD, Gabriella is also an active member of Association of Corporate Counsel, a contributor to ECLA (European Company Lawyers Association)'s  initiatives, as well as a member of WCD ( Women Corporate Directors ) and AISCA ( Associazione Italiana Segretari Consigli di Amministrazione).
