Section President of the Council of State. Formerly an Adviser to the President of the Republic. Lecturer in Public Law Institutions and Public Economic Law at the Faculty of Economics of Luiss Guido Carli University.

Member of the Association of Professors of Economic Law (ADDE). Currently serving as Deputy President of the Sixth Section of the Council of State, responsible for matters relating to economic law and market regulation, construction, economic development, agriculture, landscape conservation, and the special autonomy of Bolzano.
