Giovanna Massarotto

Giovanna Massarotto is an international expert in antitrust law and the regulation of digital markets. She teaches antitrust law and law and technology, including cryptocurrencies, at the University of Pennsylvania in the United States, and is affiliated with the Centre for Technology, Innovation & Competition (CTIC) and the Penn Programme on Regulation at the same university. She is also an affiliated scholar at the European University Institute (EUI) and the University College London Centre for Blockchain Technologies (UCL CBT).

She has written numerous academic articles and books on how to regulate digital markets through the intersection of law, economics and computer science.
