Partner of JP Karsenty & Associés since 2011, Jean-Philippe ARROYO advises and assists companies in the fields of competition, distribution, European law, IP/IT law, contract, consumer/regulatory law, and data protection law.

Graduated from the University of Paris II with the diplomas DJCE (certificate of specialisation in economic law), DESS in business law, "Magistère de juriste d'affaires", he also holds an LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of London (London School of Economics).

Jean-Philippe Arroyo acts in these areas for French and foreign clients in a variety of sectors (tech, automotive/motorcycle, pharma/health sciences, luxury goods, fashion, retail, toys, wine, etc.) and assists his clients in front of French and EU Courts and Authorities (including the French Competition Authority).

He is the author of numerous publications and regular speaker in his fields of expertise including antitrust law.

He is a member of several legal associations, in his fields of expertise, and at the international level. In particular, he is Deputy Secretary General and Member of the Executive Board of AFEC (Competition law association), and Honorary Secretary General of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers).
