Rino Caiazzo is a senior partner at Lipani Legal & Tax.

He advises major Italian and multinational companies, primarily in the fields of competition law and market regulation, electronic communications, energy and other regulated markets, with experience in civil and administrative litigation as well as arbitration in the areas mentioned above. He is author of numerous publications in Italian and English, particularly on telecommunications, energy and competition law. He is frequently invited as a speaker or chair at national and international conferences on the aforementioned topics. He is or has been an adjunct professor of competition law at Roma Tre University, a lecturer for the Master's programme in Competition and Market Regulation at Tor Vergata University, and for the Master's programme in Global Regulation of Markets at La Sapienza University of Rome.
