Sabrina Costanzo

General Counsel – L’Oréal

Since 2025, General Counsel, Legal & Compliance at L'Oréal Italia and a member of the Executive Committee. Previously, she gained over twenty years of international experience in roles of increasing responsibility leading legal and compliance departments for leading multinationals, including the Campari Group -- where she has been General Counsel for Global Compliance & Group Functions -- and Luxottica, in the role of Global Head of Legal IP. She began her career at the international law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, LLP. 

She is an expert in managing complex risks on a global scale, digital transformation and the integration of compliance as a business accelerator. She has solid expertise in strategic legal advice, including in the areas of Antitrust and Competition Law, as well as in governance, ESG and intellectual property.

She is currently a member of the Legal Committee of UPA - Utenti Pubblicità Associati and a member of the Executive Board of the Institute of Advertising Self-Regulation.
