Sara Lembo

Sara Lembo is partner of the EU Law, competition and regulatory practice at BonelliErede. She gained a significant experience in complex cases having assisted leading multinational companies before the Antitrust Authority in cartel and abuse of dominance cases and in the subsequent judicial appeal phases and actions for damages.

She has also developed a great experience in merger cases as well as in unfair commercial practices proceedings. She acted as Board Member of the Italian Judiciary School in the period 2020-2024 and she is often speaker for advanced courses in EU and competition law. She graduated in law (magna cum laude) at the University Federico II of Naples (2002) and she then holds a Master in international studies (2003), an LLM in European Union and competition law from the College of Europe, Bruges (2006), and a PhD in national and international arbitration (2009) from LUISS University of Rome. She speaks English, French and Spanish.
